Thanks for the feedback, 
Its a common practice to let developers have what we have for production as mentioned in the arcticle.

What the article suggests does great on its own.
 
One of my major concerns in most of the projects has been the quality and review of test cases. Don&#039;t you think its a human thing to move away from one of the finest approaches to develop good i.e. Unit testing.

Also for supporting multiple releases again it depends on a lot of things. For instance, Architecture of the application that resides in the version control, how we develop, when we release. We can have streams, thats been there with ClearCase but it always seems effective with  good practices of policy and procedure most of all discipline.

Correctly so the author says &quot;believe in Continuous Integration&quot;. In my opinion not the CI guru only but the development team has to believe in it to get it right out of the park. What do you think?
